Bridges Holmes is an executive coach, leadership development practitioner, and Founder & Chief Advisor of Moray Advisors, with 28 years of experience helping leaders, teams, and organizations navigate change, strengthen culture, and improve performance.

Known as The Connected Coach, Bridges believes leadership is not defined by rank or title—it is revealed through behavior, relationships, and the impact leaders have on the people around them. His work helps leaders strengthen self-awareness, examine the gap between intention and impact, and turn insight into meaningful action.

This philosophy is the foundation of his Connecting Bridges® Leadership Operating System, a practical approach to developing more self-aware, emotionally intelligent, and values-driven leaders. Through the principles of Self-Awareness, Integrity, and Emotional Intelligence, Bridges challenges leaders to recognize the everyday behaviors that either strengthen connection or undermine trust, accountability, and performance.

His career includes senior leadership roles with organizations such as The Adecco Group, MarketSource, CARE International, and Cox Automotive/Autotrader, where he led initiatives spanning leadership development, talent management, organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.

Today, Bridges works across corporate, government, public safety, higher education, nonprofit, and small-business environments. He also serves as a facilitator and program development advisor for Kennesaw State University’s Empower leadership program.

Bridges’ approach combines candor, curiosity, and practical application to help leaders take greater ownership of how they show up, how they connect, and the cultures they create.
